What is the SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company Commercial and Industrial Portal?

The SEMCO Commercial and Industrial Solutions Portal is an online place for medium-to-large SEMCO commercial and industrial customers to submit rebate applications for qualified energy efficient upgrades. More information is available here.

 

Who is eligible for rebates?

SEMCO commercial customers are eligible to receive rebates on qualified products. SEMCO Commercial Rebate Program is available for medium-to-large commercial and industrial customers who have an active SEMCO natural gas account. A customer is defined by a single Tax ID number. Multiple locations of one organization are thereby considered a single customer, regardless of how many SEMCO account numbers they may have. For a specific facility to be eligible for financial incentives in the program, its meter number or specified account number (noted on the gas bill) must be provided in order to verify natural gas service provided by SEMCO. How are the rebates processed?

The customer will verify their eligibility by answering questions within the portal prior to the rebate submission process. Once required documentation has been submitted, and applications are approved, customers will receive notice of the approval and any next steps to receive payment. Why is my address not populating?

If your address does not auto-populate in the dropdown, continue to type your address, including suite and city, until the full address appears. Click on the correct address and it will populate the form. If more help is needed, contact our team at [email protected] or by calling 855-298-5387.

 

Are there limits to the number of submissions?

There isn’t a quantity limit. Instead, the incentives are capped at 50% of the incremental project cost.

 

Can multiple submissions for rebates be placed?

A qualified commercial customer may submit requests for incentives as long as the quantity does not exceed program guidelines. Note: There are program limits on the total number of items that can receive a rebate.

 

How can I view and print my online submission?

You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in My Dashboard > My Orders.

 

How do I track my submission?

Tracking the details of a submission can be done via My Dashboard. Navigate to My Dashboard > My Orders.
